Greeting of mr. Dr Carl Olsmats, General Secretary WPO

Dear Packaging Colleagues,

As General Secretary of the World Packaging Organization – WPO, I am supporting the 9^th International Specialized Exhibition, LABELSHOW-2003. WPO is engaged in promoting and encouraging innovation and excellence in packaging around the globe to support the WPO mission – Better quality of life through better packaging. This event can contribute significantly to further innovation, both in Russia and internationally. It means great networking opportunities and attracts exhibitors and visitors from different parts of the world.

The Russian packaging market is very important in a global perspective and the growth opportunities are large. With joint efforts it is my sincere belief that LABELSHOW-2003 can contribute to further steps on the path towards global packaging excellence.
